Eléna Esposito
Eléna Esposito, recently graduated from the TU Dublin Conservatoire with a First-Class Honours degree in performance. Throughout her studies she had the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with distinguished pianists such as John O’ Conor, Prisca Benoit, Finghin Collins and Phillippe Cassard. In 2021, she received her Licentiate diploma with Trinity College London while studying at Cheethams International Summer School with Katya Apekishiva, Peter Donohoe, and Tamás Ungár.
Upon graduating, Eléna participated in the Wexford Factory young artist programme, in association with Wexford Festival Opera, where she received lessons with répétiteur Carmen Santorro and was the assistant pianist in the Opera, Armida. Building on from her experience, she was also selected as one of the student répétiteurs for the Irish premiere of Jonathan Dove’s opera, Mansfield Park at TU Dublin.
Eléna served as the chairperson of the TU Philharmonic Society from 2020-2022. A noteworthy achievement was an online event titled ‘A Celebration of Women in Music’, which featured interviews, panel discussions, and performances with established women in the music industry. During her time as chairperson the society won, ‘Best Event’, ‘Best Course Related Society’, and ‘Most Improved Society’.
